Return Policy
All returns must be requested within 7 days of the date of invoice. All returned products must be in their original resalable condition, with all original documentation, boxes, etc. All returns are subject to apply a 25% restock fee. If customer wishes to return a product for any reason customer must call us at (888) 545-4951 prior to sending customer’s package back and we will provide an RMA number. This RMA# should be clearly visible on the outside of the box. This enables our shipping department to identify the package so we can expedite any credit customer may have coming. Any package shipped to us without this RMA# will not be accepted. There are no returns on used parts, closeouts, or special order items. Special order items include, but are not limited to:  Body Kits, muffler and any JDM (Japanese Domestic Market) item. All returns must be received here within 30 days of the date of your original invoice. All the return shipping charges are responsible by the buyers.

The domestic orders cancelled within 1 week after purchased are subject to 5% cancellation fee on refunds. The orders cannot be cancelled once it shipped. If an order has been shipped and the customer still wants to cancel the order, the return policy will be applied. If the customer returns the order or refuse the shipment, the return policy will be applied. In addition, a “Special Order” transaction cannot be canceled either.

Cancellation Fee Waived condition:

1. Exchanged with other parts with equal or greater value

2. Keep the balance as Store Credit that can apply to future purchases.

Shortages or Defective Products
All claims for shortages or defective products must be made within 7 days after receipt of goods. If Customer’s order doesn't arrive after receive a tracking email that shows the order as being delivered, customer must notify Shop4Wheel within 7 business days or no credit will be issued for the missing order. Any authorized refund will be issued by the same method that payment was made. The product must also be inspected and return authorized prior to any refund being issued. Shop4Wheel normally ship the products thru Fed-Ex Ground unless otherwise advised. These methods are both insurable and traceable for customer’s protection.

Warranty Returns

All products carry the manufacturer's warranty, which varies on a per-product basis. If customer wishes to return a product for a manufacturers warranty, customer must first contact us at (888) 545-4951 or Email us and get an RMA#. Then, customer must ship it back to us at:



The Returning Shipping charged will not be responsible of Shop4Wheel. Once Shop4Wheel receives the product, Shop4Wheel will ship it to the manufacturer. The credit from customer’s returned product can take from 2 weeks to 3 months depending on the manufacturer. If the manufacturer approves the defect and warranties the product, customer will have the option to either have the credit applied to customer’s card or receive a new undamaged product of equal value. If customer cannot wait for this credit and need a replacement part immediately, customer may at any time purchase an identical product from us. Shop4Wheel will not ship a replacement part unless payment for the part is collected or a credit from the manufacturer has been received. Once the credit has been received from the manufacturer, it will be applied to customer’s credit card minus shipping charges paid by Shop4Wheel.

Duties and Customs (International Orders)
Customer is responsible for any and all duties, customs, taxes, tariffs and any other fees imposed by your country (if there are any) by accepting a package sent to customer from Shop4Wheel or any of it's affiliated warehouses. Shop4Wheel maintains no liability for these fees, as these are customer’s responsibility. Under any circumstance that customer fail to pay all these charges and cause additional charge, Shop4Wheel will immediately charge the customer for all the additional charge from the shipping company or pursue legal action to recover these fees. An invoice reflecting these fees will also be emailed to the customer upon charging the card, assuming customer has provided us the email address.

 Credit Policy
Store credit will be issued within 10 days after receiving a returned part (with RMA number) back at Shop4Wheel. There are no returns or credits for the used item or the damage item. If customer receives an item that is physically damaged, customer must contact Shop4Wheel within 48 hours of the receipt. Simply contact us so that we may assist you in handling a damage claim with the carrier (USPS, FedEx, etc.). Do not send a physically damaged item back to Shop4Wheel unless we instruct customer to do so!

Payment Policies

Credit Card: Shop4Wheel currently accepts Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express on orders shipped within the US. An additional processing fee will apply for American Express transactions. Prepay (within the United States): Money Orders, Cashiers Checks and Western Union. All The payment will be processed upon the payment receipt and funds verification. Western Union requires 5 business days for funds verification. We do not accept Personal Checks. Please only send a check once customer receive a quote from us. International payment options: Wire Transfers Only (Bank to Bank). Credit Card,Money Orders, Cashiers checks and Western Union forms of payment are not available for orders originating outside the United States.


Customer Notification Requirements for Shipping Delays
Once Shop4Wheel ships any package, customer will receive an email within 1 working day. This email will contain the products on customer’s order along with tracking numbers. Customer can also find out the status of the order by clicking on the link of the tracking number. If the product is out of stock on any order that is placed with expedited delivery date, we will notify the customer within 2 working days and advise the customer an estimated shipping date. If the customer had entered or provided an invalid phone number or invalid email address or do not answer the phone, Shop4Wheel has no way of contacting customer regarding this delay. In this case Shop4Wheel will ship the product to the customer as soon as possible with the same shipping method chosen but will bare not responsible for the delay and will not upgrade the shipping later for free if/when the customer contact us. If the order is placed with Ground delivery and we cannot ship it within a week from the date of order, Shop4Wheel will email the customer an estimated delivery date. This estimated date we provide is based on information we receive from our manufacturers and is in no way a guarantee. It is only an estimate. If this occurs, please plan accordingly. On all orders except "Special Orders" if at any time customer does not want to wait for the delivery of the package, we will gladly cancel the order and refund all charges.

Shipping Methods
At Shop4Wheel, we ship the orders via DHL, UPS, Fed Ex, California Overnight or BAX Global depending on the best interest and cost to all customers. Also, USPS shipping is available for military addresses where USPS shipping is required (APO, FPO, etc.). If the customer requests a specific shipper for the packages other than the one we prefer to use, we may contact the customer in the event additional shipping charges may be necessary. For your security, All orders are shipped signature required. That means customers will either need to be at the location to pick up the package or pick up the package directly from the shipper location in local. Shop4Wheel provides a tracking number upon shipment so customer will know when the package will be arrived. If for some reasons customer needs the package shipped without signature requirement, customer needs to call us and request this exception. Shop4Wheel will email the customer a form that expresses the customer’s demand to have the package shipped without signature requirement and waive the customer’s right to collect any and all refunds if the customer does not receive the package for any reason and Shop4Wheel did ship the product to the specific address the customer provided

Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from the supplier or manufacturer, Shop4Wheel reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for product listed at the incorrect price. If customer’s credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Shop4Wheel shall immediately issue a credit to the credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Other Legal Policies
Shop4Wheel, at its sole discretion, may choose to either repair or replace any product returned within the warranty. If neither repair nor replacement is possible, Shop4Wheel will, at its sole discretion, provide a refund, company credit, or replace the item with an item of equal or greater present market value. Shop4Wheel will be held harmless for any damages any products shipped from its locations may cause. Shop4Wheel will not be responsible for any part it provided causes any damage whatsoever to any other parts, automobile, person, or other entity. We reserve the right to notify customer of other stipulations at a later time. Other conditions may apply as necessary.
