All products carry the manufacturer's warranty, which varies on a per-product basis. If customer wishes to return a product for a manufacturers warranty, customer must first contact us at (888) 545-4951 or Email us and get an RMA#. The Returning Shipping charged will not be responsible of Shop4Wheel. Once Shop4Wheel receives the product, Shop4Wheel will ship it to the manufacturer. The credit from customer’s returned product can take from 2 weeks to 3 months depending on the manufacturer. If the manufacturer approves the defect and warranties the product, customer will have the option to either have the credit applied to customer’s card or receive a new undamaged product of equal value. If customer cannot wait for this credit and need a replacement part immediately, customer may at any time purchase an identical product from us. Shop4Wheel will not ship a replacement part unless payment for the part is collected or a credit from the manufacturer has been received. Once the credit has been received from the manufacturer, it will be applied to customer’s credit card minus shipping charges paid by Shop4Wheel.

An additional processing fee will apply for American Express transactions. Prepay (within the United States): Money Orders, Cashiers Checks and Western Union.
